Clarence Crescent

Perched along Clarence Crescent with spectacular views over Diggers Beach and the ocean beyond, this project presents an opportunity to transform an existing residence into a more generous and connected home. The brief is to extend and rework the existing structure, creating spaces that better support everyday family life while providing a welcoming place for family and friends to gather.

The design focuses on unlocking the potential of the existing home, carefully balancing new additions with the original structure to improve functionality, strengthen connections between spaces, and create a more contemporary living environment. Through thoughtful planning and careful consideration of how the home will be experienced, the project aims to create a place that feels open, comfortable and suited to the next chapter of its life.
